1. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only for damaged items, as each item is made to order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. How long does shipping take?
These are our average shipping times:
- Local Delivery: 2-5 business days
- International Delivery: 10-30 business days
Please also allow 1-3 business days for production, as each item is made to order.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Rates and delivery times vary by destination.
4. How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Be sure to check your inbox for updates.
5. What sizes do you offer?

6. Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not offered directly. If you’d like a different item, return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Are the designs inspired by books?
Absolutely! Each design is created with BookTok fans and book lovers in mind.

9. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there’s an issue. We’ll evaluate the problem and make it right.
10. Do you offer custom designs?
We currently don’t offer custom designs, but we love hearing your ideas for future products!
11. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us promptly if needed.
